Ghazi Saiyyad Salar Masud's Mausoleum was constructed much later by Sultan Feroz Shah Tughlaq. After establishing his rule Feroz Shah Tughlaq came to Bahraich and became so offended after learning about the beheading of Salar Masood Ghazi. Ghazi Saiyyad Salar Masud's was termed as Muslim saint who came in early 11th century to the South Asia for preaching Islam.
